3-4 November 2006 — Dressage Clinic with Belinda Trussell

— Stone Meadows held its popular Dressage Clinic with Canadian Olympic Team member, Belinda Trussell. Once again, the clinic was sold out and attracted a crowd of approximately 60 auditors over the two day event. Horse and Rider combinations included:

Felicity — Owned by Stone Meadows with riders Jessica Insley on Friday and Mandy MacIntyre on Saturday. Felicity is an Appendix, six year old mare, standing at 15.3 hands and is currently working on Second Level Dressage. Benedictium — Also owned by Stone Meadows, Ben is a nine year old Thoroughbred gelding that stands at 17.2 hands. Ben is currently working on Third Level in Training and First Level Dressage with his rider, Debbie Stocker. Cedric — Owned and ridden by Robin-Lynn Brent. Cedric is a 16.2 hand, 13 year old Swedish Warmblood gelding. He is currently showing at Fourth Level and working towards Prix St. George. Sovereign — Also owned and ridden by Robin. Sovereign is a seven year old Hannovarian gelding that stands at 17 hands. He is currently showing First Level Dressage and schooling Third Level.

Belinda Trussell with Linda Robert on Wedding Surprise

• Aliano — Owned by Ferme Mélanie Boucher, located in St. Jacques de Montcalm, Quebec, and ridden by Emma Hamilton. Aliano is a four year old Holsteiner stallion. He has been under saddle for five months and is working at Training Level.
• Bodacious — Formerly an Eventer, Bodacious is a 17 year old Thoroughbred gelding owned and ridden by Julie Legeault. Bodacious is presently working at Second Level Dressage.
• Wedding Surprise — Owned by Rose Barolet and ridden by Linda Robert, Wedding Surprise is a 13 year old Hannovarian gelding out of World Cup 3. Wedding Surprise is presently working at Prix St. George and Intermediaire One.
• Chickpea — A five year old, Arab cross mare, Chickpea is currently working on Training Level and is owned and ridden by Melaney Dorey.
